CutFast subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Eligible first-time subscriptions are protected by our 30-day money-back guarantee.

1. 30-day guarantee

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund — no questions asked. This guarantee applies to the first payment for a new CutFast workspace.

2. How to request a refund

Send an email to housebreakhelphere@gmail.com with the subject "Refund request" and include your order number and the email used at checkout. We'll process your refund within 5 business days.

3. After 30 days

Refund requests submitted after 30 days from purchase are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are at our sole discretion.

4. Refund processing time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, the funds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.
